John Baugh has been practicing law in North Alabama for 22 years. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in most areas of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Primary practice areas include personal injury, insurance defense, workers compensation, business and commercial disputes, family law, and wrongful death. He is also available to serve as a mediator or an arbitrator.
John Baugh graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 1986. He has practiced in Florence since that time. While in law school, he was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of state and local bar associations and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts. He is an approved mediator in the Alabama court system, and is available as an arbitrator. He was formally an instructor of Business Law at the University of North Alabama, and an Assisant District Attorney for Lauderdale County.
