Since 1996, John Baugh has been involved with alternative dispute
resolution methods. He is certified as a mediator in Alabama, and is listed in the Alabama Mediation Roster, which is utilized by judges when appointing mediators for pending lawsuits. John Baugh has served the state bar as a mediator with the Fee Dispute Resolution Committee since the inception of that committee. He is a voluntary mediator in the Lauderdale County domestic relations court. He is also an approved mediator in the U.S. District Court. He is a member of the Professionals in Mediation Society.
