John Baugh has been practicing law in North Alabama for 31 years. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in most areas of civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Primary practice areas include family law, juvenile and custody matters, adoptions, personal injury, insurance defense, business and commercial disputes, and wrongful death. He is also trained and available to serve as a mediator or an arbitrator.
John Baugh graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 1986. He has practiced in Florence since that time. While in law school, he was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of state and local bar associations and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts. He is an approved mediator in the Alabama court system, and is available as an arbitrator. He was formally an instructor of Business Law at the University of North Alabama, and an Assistant District Attorney for Lauderdale County.
