Since 1996, John Baugh has been involved with alternative dispute
resolution methods. He is certified as a mediator in Alabama. Mr. Baugh has served the state bar as a mediator with the Fee Dispute Resolution Committee since the inception of that committee. He is a voluntary mediator in the Lauderdale County domestic relations court, and conducts private domestic relations mediations for just half of his usual mediator fee. He is also an approved mediator in the U.S. District Court. He is a member of the Professionals in Mediation Society.
